Main Business:
AVEC is specializing in producing and exporting full range and series of tin can lids,
covering regular bottom ends, Easy open ends, Peel Off ends, RCD penny level lids, Blue Dimple ends, Twist-off caps, Lug caps, etc.
Factory production status:
-We are equipped with 3 fully automatic cutting lines, 6 printing lines (FUJI/KBA), and 5 lacquering lines. Daily steel stock is more than 20 000 tons.
Our annual cutting capacity is above 200 000 tons, printing and lacquering capacity covers 80 000 tons.
- We have more than 25 lids lines. For regular bottom ends, we have 12 lines, monthly capacity is about 60 million pieces.
For Easy open ends (Tinplate/TFS/Aluminum), we have 5 lines, capacity more than 30 million pieces per month.
